MPCNC - Dust Shoe for 43mm pipe

I remixed this to use 43mm pipe (1 1/2" ID PVC pipe in the US.. or at least my home depot), beefed up the pipe holders a bit where the screws go, and added a base that has channels to increase the suction that gets to the area around the bit.

There's one piece you'll need from the source item I remixed this from, the "cover" that goes on the base.
