Gregs Wade Autolevel + Fan mount

I designed a mounting for an inductive sensor (12mm) + an fan.
The fan mount has a width of 7mm.
I use this mounting on my gregs wade extruder with an E3D V6 hotend.
The distance between the nozzle and the middle point of the sensor is circa 33mm.
