Shortened and fileted Monoprice MP Select Mini E3D Hotend Adapter

I shortened the adapter by 4.4mm to make it fit correctly in the X carriage better. I also did a filet on the clamp for the heatsink because the original was just a bit hard to install. Now it may be slightly too loose. You can wet sand the sides and mating surface for a better fit.
