A 3D-printed seven segment display with a light-transmissive 0.3mm PLA layer.
Most PLAs are transparent if you use only one layer of it, thats the main feature of this display.
Stl-file and Google SketchUp-file available.
IMPORTANT: For the light-transmissive, thin layer of PLA, you'll get the best results if your printer is properly adjusted and your fill angle is tured to 0 or 90 degrees.
21 pcs. of 5mm diodes and 4/2 M5x25 bolts required.
