Medal support Maya style

The customizer creates support for medals that contain bumped image.
Customizer requires two main parameters - what the medal size is:
- Medal diameter in mm as it is specified in the model or as slicer determined itself
- Medal edge thickness in mm
The parameters Support base defines how thick the base is, and Support wall specifies inclination of base wall in XY plane mm. The last two params change may give unusual results.
