Smooth X-axis for Prusa i3 with Leadscrews

I modified the smooth x-axis 17mm motor mounting of this work:

I added two screws.
One at the bottom for an minimum z-endstop and one on top for my design of a maximum z-endstop.

On the picture the hole for the screw on top is too far right. This is already fixed in the uplouded stl file.
