Mendelmax 2.0 Spool Holder v02

This spool holder is based on the excellent spool holder design by Archimedes (thing:78741) with some minor modifications, making it: -

- Stiffer at the ends / stronger support from same amount of material.
- Less likely to build without delaminating off the bed.
- Only one T-nut & screw is required to attach at each side, which makes it: -
- easier to retro-fit, and
- quicker to adjust for different spool widths in use.
- Improved aesthetics (just my personal opinion).
