UP mini filament guide + cleaner area

Based on my 2014 design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:379578) I've did some updates:
* Guide is more in the middel of the filemant roll
* Made a U-shaped catch to hold the clip & cloth 'cleaner), so no more dropping clip
* Turned around the top opening towards the roll
* Added a bottom guide to guide the filament more smooth
* Installation is easy with simple allen key
* Designed in such a way you can place filament in the guide & tube very easy !
* Structure is solid for long term u
