I quickly designed my own version to recycle all the 12cm fans which were lying around.
In the base there is a hole for cables. Under the base there is a cavity with a cutout for the cables where you can connect the cables to a power supply. I used a simple 12V wallwart.
The cables are held in by some hotglue.
I used some M4 35mm screws and some nuts for the assembly.
