Case and brackets for Mini Viki LCD

A case for the Mini Viki LCD from Panucatt. The brackets are designed for mounting on 2020 extrusion, and are based on my earlier version (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1675451). There are two version of the brackets: one with a short base, which lines up with the 2020 extrusion with M5 bolts but is hard to attach because of getting in to do up the bolts; and a version with a long base, which looks less nice but is easier to attach.
