Twist and lock

This is a simple twist and lock design I put together for another project i'm working on. figured someone else could use it considering I couldn't find anything I liked when I was looking.This will print mostly without supports. (Just the cross bar on the male part) I printed a really small one without support and it worked. but i had to break it in.
