MACSBOOST Davinci E3D V6 Uberstruder mount.

This is my fourth iteration of an adapter to allow use of an E3d V6 on a davinci 1.0A
Lots of effort went into making this work with minimal mods. The stepper motor assembly does get moved up 31mm, the width of the stepper bolt pattern and using the original holes. Once moved up, this adapter allows use of the stock direct drive hardware, spring clip, fan and parts. Care was taken to fit snugly into the carriage to reduce slop.
