Rotating 3D Effect

I dont know what they call it, but you can make a great 3d effect if you print two of them and rotate in different directions.

I saw a youtube video and decided to create a small similar 3d printable model, I printed it on fast(200 micron) and normal (100 micron) resolution both work if first layer survive.
