Carriage plate adapter for Wanhao i3 offset bearing blocks

After upgrading the carriage plate on my Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2.1, I printed the most excellent offset bearing blocks by @prometheus-3d to adapt the standard aftermarket plate to the wanhao: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1375534

Only problem is the new bearing blocks raise the plate by 10mm, meaning that the belt mount now has to stretch the belt upward to attach to the plate. Additionally, the belt mount's holes (m4) don't line up with (and are too large for) the holes in the new plate
