Command Strip Toilet Paper Holder

Completely untested as of yet (so I'd recommend measuring some things first cause its 2 am as I'm uploading this and I'm not a night ownl) because we're working on printing a few other things in our 3D printing wish list at the moment. Basically I don't like the location of the toilet paper holder in my place at the moment and I don't want to drill holes of any variety in my really nice wooden vanity (which also isn't mine).
