FT-5 Replacement part (part name: FT5)

I over tightened the square lock nut for part FT5 in the Folger FT-5 printer kit, and completely destroyed the parts in the process. The screw was too long and the channel for it too short.

I tightened up the square nut slot and kept all dimensions as close as possible to the original. I've printed two of these and I am currently using them to build my FT-5.

If anyone wants any minor changes please let me know, I'm happy to adjust when time allows.
