Downloaded the original model from here: http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=3ca54d28dec89f5b3f217b945a063dd2&prevstart=0
Dropped it into 3DS Max, cut it so that it is just a bust and then opened it up in sketchup and re-sized it correctly. Then exported as an STL then uploaded it to netfabb to fix any errors it might have.
This prints great using support.
