Phone bumper

Hi this is a phone bumper that should work for most phone but it has a perfect fit for my note 5.

I would like to hear some feedback on how can i improve the design of it as the rubber band holding it together is a bit in practical.

There is also 2 files as for android there are the soft touch buttons at the bottom corner thus the bumper would have a smaller depth.
