Customised Oval Railway Signs

Railway type oval plates. These work in the customizer with up to three lines of text.
There are a lot of variables, but they should be self explanatory.

Each line of text can be a different font, with different sizes. The text should be central across the width of the plate, and to a certain extent the lines should separate vertically into three.

The Height Adjust will alter each line of text individually. A negative number will lower the line, and a positive will move it up.
