Diamond Hotend for Reach 3D - Remix

This is an edit of jmg123's Diamond Hotend for Reach 3D Printer. His version was created before the Reach came out and has a few issues.

Changes from jmg123's:

M5 mounting holes and recess nuts (the other used M3's)
Extended the hotend out 8 mm to provide clearance for the X limit switch and mounting screw.

The original upload of the diamond bracket had a reinforcement that didn't quite connect all the way to the mount. That has been corrected in both the STL
