Top plates

I designed a top plate that can be printed to use as a template to cut the existing carbon plate or can be used to 3D print a top plate. I also included the DXF files if you wanted to cut your own out of carbon fiber. Working on top plate version With XT-60 socket and VTX mount. Will also soon post modified spacer that is compatiable with simple PDB.
