Toilet Paper Holder for Disabled Access Hand Rail

We have disabled access restrooms at our office and realized the toilet roll dispensers were particularly hard to operate. I decided to have a go at a simple design which could hang on the 3 inch diameter hand rail in the restroom. This is the design which I came up with. It works well for the purpose. It would equally work at home on a towel rail. The unit is in two pieces which are locked together when hung over the rail. To replace the toilet roll just lift the holder off the rail and turn on
