Uses six 10-32 x 2.5" or 10-24 x 2.5" machine screws + hex nuts. Or you can use M5 bolts and nuts as well 55-60mm lengths. Hardware shown in pictures is not the recommended ones.
As the title says these are for ABEC 11 107mm Electric Flywheels . The pictures show the 44T 9mm belt version but all will fit identical to this one. The new files are slightly different on the back
