Magnetic Kossel effector e3d compatible (45mm centers) -modified

I liked the original design, but the holes weren't big enough for the heater cartridge. Also added .7mm diameter holes to the side for eye hooks, to string my suspended extruder. (I'll post pics later)

updated the v5 version to add 2 mm to the bottom. why? well, because the screws stuck out the bottom, and i did not like the fact that the LED ring would hit the screws and get all warped and out of shape. adding 2 mm height should compensate for that.
