one piece spool holder

I changed :
1. made it thicker to be stronger
2. increased diameter of pins that hold the bearing to be stronger.
3. added holes for cooking sticks for stability
4. added some champfer outer edges to not be so sharp
You need 4 copies and 4 ball bearing 608 type
I put some silicone on bottom to form a non slippery boots too.
