PTFE Tube Surface Clamp

A quick and dirty surface mount clamp for 4mm OD/2mm ID PTFE tubing. I'm building an IKEA LACK table enclosure for my Wanhao Duplicator i3 and wanted something to cleanly pass filament in from the top, so I just drilled a couple of holes and ran some spare Bowden PTFE tubing through. It was quickly apparently that it wasn't going to stay in place, so I sketched this one up in Tinkercad (where you can go to edit it if you think you can improve it, see below) and it works like a charm.
