Customizable tilt LCD Mount

Another LCD mount for acrylic/metal/wood sheet Prusa i3 variant. I own a Sunhokey acrylic Prusa i3 and the LCD is a RepRap Discount Smart Controller. I usually switch between sitting and standing while working with the printer. I design a fix tilt mount since I do not prefer an adjustable tilt. Default setting is for an acrylic thickness of 6mm and mount plate thickness of 5mm. 45 degree tilt seem to provide the best viewing angle for me.
