Modified cold end for FuseBox 1.4

This is a work-in-progress version of my redesign of AlexY's cold end for the FuseBox 1.4. The part of it that holds the bearing (I called it the rollerblade) kept breaking, so I changed the sharp inner edge by a curved one to alleviate internal stresses. I also modified it so it fits my drive gear, which is larger than the one used by AlexY.

As you can see from the pictures, the servo axle and the bearing are not level at the moment. This is something I intend to fix, but due to licensing is
