12mm Pixel to 1/2"x1/4" flat bar

A clip to allow attaching 12mm pixels to 1/2x1/4" flat bar. Might need to loosen up the 12mm clip part, but I like a little bit of a tight fit. BarClip2a provides for a looser fit of the 12mm pixel.
