Labeled Filament Color Sample Chip

I really like @muckychris' design. It is one of the first things I print with any new filament I get, even samples. Instead of making labels I wrote on them with a fine point Sharpie marker. Well, that didn't look so hot. So, I decided to replicate his design and instead add raised text on the lower shelf for the type of material it is.
