I got tired of tripping over the floor doorstop every time I entered or left the laundry room. I use the doorstop to hold the door open to keep the cats from getting shut in or out. This doorstop easily slides across the top of the door. I used mechanical pencil erasers as bumpers to protect the door frame for damage.
