Raise Bed for Geeetech Printer

When fitting the Anti Z Wobble thingi (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1431036) I found that the distance between the object and the coupler was too small so I took some steps to "raise" the bed to give me more height between the ZWobble thing and the coupler.
