Fume Extractor (Remix)

A simple remix of Arkadi's "Fume Extractor"
Designed to fit 80mm fans which I think are generally more widely used than 70mm

Designed to wick away fumes from soldering. Alternatively can be used to cool PC parts or just about anything else you set on a desktop.

Changes:
Removed Italic text from the base
Removed border from fan mount
Scaled the fan mount up (70mm to 80mm)
Created a small extender arm
Removed LED mounts
Added option for a rectangular hole for toggle switch (8.6x14mm)
