BLTOUCH Holder for Folger Tech FT-5

I took the BLTOUCH holder for the FT 2020 i3 and mated it with the cooling block spacer to make a holder for the FT-5 since there didn't seem to be one for the stock hot end. I couldn't use the one for the 2020 i3 because the cooling block doesn't extend out the left side on the FT-5.
There are two versions. The #2 version is 2mm lower than #3. I raised the heat break tube above the top of the cooling block to get it closer to the output of the extruder. This makes it easier to feed in ne
