Lcd replace Zonestar P802M

Sept 7 2016 Replaced all files with ones that were joined better same files just stronger "no visual change"

Repaired an issue where lcd and buttons were not thick enough

I Plan to build a box around my 3d printer and remount the lcd to the box using http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1755451. This part is to fill the hole where the LCD use to be.

Added variations with attached filament guides :)
