Dual Head Annular Fan Duct for Ultimaker

This is a dual head version of the annular fan duct designed by Maurits.

My first attempt, I think the second head might be a little bit off-center but I think it still works.

Version 2 provides additional clearance from the heater block and additional supports for the fixing towards the PEEK.
