RMRC GOBI 180 / 210 Vtx mount/rear enclosure

This is the second revision of an enclosure for the rear of a RMRC GOBI based quad, to securely mount a TS5828 Video Transmitter in the confined build space between the top plate and base plate with 25mm standoffs. This slides over the 5mm diameter hex standoffs for a very secure mount. The VTX locks into the square recess nicely as soon as the antenna is torqued.
