Staunton-ish Chess Set

Here's some chess pieces I put together in OpenSCAD. You'll want to reduce them in size for printing, they're probably twice as big as you'd realistically want. They all have a hollow base, so you can fill them with something heavy. I'll add a plug tomorrow. Get some lead shot and some felt circles and bob's your uncle.
