Remix of bdwalker1 file with changes to the Da Vinci AiO.

The goal is to adapt a hotend E3DV6 on Da Vinci with minimal mechanical changes.

WARNING: The tests are ongoing, and the files are not 100% finalized. Only print those out there in order to improve my files.
