Foamboard Case Parts for Solidoodle

New revision of the plastic parts needed for a foamboard Solidoodle case cover.
The handle part is obsolete and has been replaced with the combination of the frontplate and backplate parts.
The new footplate part can be used instead of cutting notches in the bottom of the foam board.
