Belt Tension Tester For 2020 Extrusion

Simple Tension Tester to allow even tension measurement for belts running parallel to 2020 extrusion.

Simply Bolt the 2 arms together and place a spring between one of them and the belt clip. A rubber band around the ends of the arms should hold them secure around the extrusion.

Adjust the tension of the first belt to the desired tension and measure the spring length. This length of spring should roughly equate to similar tension on adjacent or similar routed belts.
