Tevo Blackwidow Extruder and Print Cooling

Symptoms Before Cooling!: My Tevo Black Widow's extruder kept getting jammed in the throat and would start grinding.. i printed a part twice at 210c and they both failed on the same layer, then i printed at 190c and the print finished. then i started having problems again.

The solution that worked for me. I sized this up and printed it, installed and set the temp back to 210C. i also try turning off retraction see it that helps it may not be the same problem i had.
