**UPDATE**
Added a 3.7mm OD PTFE (1.75mm filament) guide for both fan mount and no fan mount versions
Just a simple extended height version with a hole for cable routing.
I was previously using the other Titan carriage http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1535933 and wanted to have minimal cable adjustments when switching to this one - hence the extra height.
Perhaps it'll be useful to you as well.
