This part couples a 5mm motor shaft of a 28BYJ-48 stepper motor to a 5mm threaded rod.
On the lookout for a motor coupling for the Cherry 60€ 3D printer, I could not find a suitable coupler for M3 screws (even though some designs claimed to be designed for M3).
The OpenSCAD file is a bit hacked, but usable, if you know what you're doing. Thanks to nophead and those before him for the design!
I printed this one in PETG, but it should work in PLA or ABS just as well.
