After my 3rd idler broke on my Lulzbot Mini, I decided to see if I could make a more heavy duty idler rig. I believe this will also fit the TAZ 5. I printed it with ColorFabb nGen, but I would recommend ABS or ColorFabb XT or HT, or any other strong filament.
