Titan mount for Prometheus V2 for Robo 3d R1

I modified a few parts to get my titan extruder to work with my Prometheus V2. I modified the Quick release from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1192896 to be thinner since the top channel on the Prometheus is not as wide as the E3D. I also modified the Titan mount to make the depth of the bottom opening greater to accept the Prometheus.
