2mL microcentrifuge tube adapter for Qiagility/CAS1200 liquid handler

This adapter plate corresponds to the generic 33x2mL tube plate definition.

The hole spacing has been tested and the diameter fits tubes with or without a skirt, and with labels attached, though they may need cleaning out with a drill depending on your print quality. Probably best printed in PLA to avoid any warping.
