Calibration model for holes and protrusions

This thing is to calibrate your 3D printer to have the holes and protrusions. This is important if you want parts to be able to fit together.

For example i am using Slec3r 1.2.9 and i had to set the "XY compensation" to "-0.2" (i have a 0.4 nozzle)
