I've had problems with the idler/belt tensioner on my geeetech i3 pro b printer. So I made this using some old rollerskate bearings.
To make this you will need one 608zz bearing and 6 grams of plastic. The bearing is kept in place using a push pin.
It works for both x and y axis, allthough on the x axis I loose about 10 mm of buildspace since it's bigger than the original.
Once assembled, it can be a little difficult to take apart again, but you can lift the pin using a small flat screw
