Anet A8 Power Cover Fan Redux

This is a rework of the item created by: freemark http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1683098,
I have modified the direction of the fan to reduce the likely-hood of passive air flow over your print surface. As well I added vents on the front of the cover giving the air an area to escape away from the print bed.
